Managing Partner
Sue Hendrickson is the managing partner of Leadership Advisory Group, LLC. Sue established the company to serve her clients and candidates by developing authentic relationships, leveraging deep industry knowledge, and driving transparent search execution. Throughout her 25+ year career, she has led the successful placement of 100s of growth-focused leaders with demonstrated track-records of success.
Prior to founding her company, she was a key global talent leader of a Fortune 500 company, leading executive recruitment teams. She and her teams successfully created and executed talent strategies for high-performing senior leaders and businesses.
Her expertise includes recruiting work in financial services, consumer markets, digital marketing, analytics and big data, professional services, and technology. During her tenure at a leading, global executive search firm, she served in private equity, marketing, and sales officer practices. Additionally, Sue was a co-founder of the digital marketing practice and a key leader at the forefront of the digital talent market expansion. Sue has also served in human resources leadership functions with well-known public accounting, financial services, and consumer marketing and strategy organizations.

Jon Hanessian is a seasoned leadership consultant with deep experience working across the C-suite on critical talent, operations and strategic initiatives. His experience spans healthcare, technology, and business professional services across multiple verticals. Over the past 30 years, Jon has worked as a healthcare executive, a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues demonstrating results in addition to driving strategy, growth and transformation.
Jon provides exceptional talent assessment, consulting and advisory services that provide growth to client companies. He leverages strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with collaboration and partnership abilities to achieve results and value-added strategic outcomes.
